Tight shoes hurt: Whenever you wear tight shoes over a period of time, there can be consequences such as neuritis, neuromas, pinched nerves and other problems. It is advisable to wear sensible shoes whenever possible. You may want to soak your feet in warm water with salt and then apply a foot cream or ointment containing menthol and arnica.

Tight shoes hurt: When wearing tight shoes, there are many things that can cause numb feet such as neuritis, nerve impingements, neuromas and nerve damage. You should try to soak your feet in warm water with salt, then rub your feet with ointments with menthol and arnica. Try to wear more comfortable shoes that won't lead to nerve damage.
