Any idea why the bone on the top of my right foot is more pointy than the left. makes shoes tight and hurts foot?

You may have : Spurring to the top of the bone known as an exostosis. When the shoe rubs and hurts you this is known as vamp's disease as the part of the shoe that rubs the bone is known as the vamp. Options include wearing appropropriate shoes or having the bone shaven.
