I stopped afrin cold turkey almost 3 weeks ago after using 3 times a day for 5 months. im using saline spray and irrigating numerous times a day. congestion is still there but not all day. how much longer can i expect this congestion?

I would think until the cause of the congestion goes away. Not likely due to Afrin after this time. Pets? Dust? Dry air in NJ? Discuss with your Dr. Use CPAP?
