Just had mammogram and report says architectural distortion of right breast birads 0 and ive also had surgery on that same breast to remove fibroadenoma in 2015 possibly scar tissue ? need to go back for mammogram and ultra sound thoughts?

A mammogram reading of BI-RADS score of 0 requires additional tests and images to provide a final assessment. Likely, your previous breast surgery changed the breast architecture (architectural distortion) so your mammogram could not be interpreted with confidence. You have nothing to worry at this point but your previous breast surgery should be noted by the mammogram tech with next mammogram.
