Hi i have recently had a holter moniter for 6 days which showed sinus rhythm throughout occasional pvcs and pacs and a few 1 degree heart blocks. also isolated wenchebach at night could u help i am severely anxious that it's serious?

No: nothing on your Holter monitor findings is life threatening. Having said that, not sure of the clinical scenario that prompted you to get one to start with, nor do I know your age and/or if u r on any medicines that may cause some of this as a side-effect. Either have a frank discussion with the doctor ordering and interpreting your Holter or request a consult on this platform.
