I had a small uterine polyp for a few years. i never had it removed. i had a couple episodes of spotting. i got checked and uterine polyp was gone. now a year later i had some spotting again and got ultrasound again. it's back. removal necessary?

Uterine polyp should be removed when it really bothers you such as significant bleeding which causes iron deficiency anemia or frequent spotting which affects your quality of life, etc.
