How accurate is MRI in confirm uterine polyps? I don't want hysteroscopy or saline ultrasound. These has to be less invasive way.
Recent ultrasound found .8 cm uterine polyp or fibroid (solid lesion isoechoic to the myomentum). Doc recommends hysteroscopy to remove but said shes not concerned for cancer. I had a colon polyp removed last year that was precancerous. Scared?
Had hysteroscopy polypectomy at 6wk follow up transvag u/s says 2cm vascular polyp is back. Gyn says its impossible & won't do anything is this normal?
