All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data your provided is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

There should be no protein on a routine urinalysis. In a 24 urine collection test- less the 130mg. Sp gravity varies with degree of fluid intake before the test. So relax and wait for your doc to explain the results for he/she knows your health best
