Urine test strip shows trace protein. specific gravity 1.030. ph level 6.5. my specific g is always 1.015-1.030) rarely is it 1.000) why? heart fail?

Specific gravity : of urine is a function of hydration. The more concentrated the higher the specific gravity. The more water content then the closer to 1.000 (specific gravity of water), it will be. But nothing you have written is cause for concern. Why do you think heart failure at 31 years of age? Congenital heart defect?..Narcotic addiction via injection?..idiopathic, viral myositis? More info would help.
