Hi, recently my leukocyte in urine test was 70. no symptoms of uti. current symp: lower back, stomach bloating and pain & low vit b12 and vit d deficiency. please tell me what's the cause and what i need to do. thank you?

If the white cell count in the urine by microscopic exam is 70/hpf, pyuria is present. Although you've no UTI sx but the presence of back pain & GI symptoms, kidney infection (pyelonephritis) should be ruled out so urine culture needs to be done. Low B12 and D are not related to the urine finding. If urine culture is (-) interstitial nephritis or cystitis needs to be ruled out if pyuria persists.
