Gfr - 117.35, albumin-4.6, leukocyte esterase-positive, urine wbc-25. cud this indicate kidney disease? no symptoms of uti. any suggestions?

WBC on UA: The serum albumin and GFR seem fine, but you have some WBC and leukocyte esterase in the urine. Could be a subtle infection. Could be an inflammatory condition of the bladder or kidney. Should be investigated.
