I took sporanox 200 mg/day for 2 weeks for a fungal infection. i have bronchiectasis so developed a chest infection 1 week after completing it and started azomax but gives me fast heart rate should i stop azomax? took 2 dose of 500 mg/day?

Azithromycin may predispose tachyarrhythmia in high risk patients. I do not have your complete medical history so I cautiously recommend holding this antibiotic but you need to request a different antibiotic for the pulmonary infection.
