Fungal allergy: rather, not infection, sensitization to aspergillus isn't uncommon and causes upper and lower airways disease. Proximal bronchiectasis can be found in a syndrome called Allergic Bronchodilators Pulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA), however what's against this in your case is the relatively low total IgE.Need to see an allergist / pulmonologist for proper management, ESR isn't that concerning, best wishe
