Get a referral to a urologist for further evaluation. Benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) is common at age 67, however, the PSA is slightly elevated and the urologist may proceed with biopsies.

High psa can be due to both a large prostate and prostate cancer.Repeat PSA-II this gives a probability of having cancer. See a Urologist for management. Good luck
