I got the test results for prostate s- psa (roche) 2.8 ng/ml tumour markers. s-free psa. 0.5 ng/ml free psa/total psa ratio 0.19 do i have to worry?

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, going by averages, your results are not worrisome.
