There is no such condition and your hemoglobin is still within normal limit and same is your WBC count. There is a lot of misinformation in social media. You should trust your doctor.

What you were told is not correct. Your red cell and WBC counts are normal. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
