This is highly unusual and from your description not related to venipuncture unless it caused a lot of damage which would be seen at the site of the puncture. If this not get better in a day or two, which it should, or if you have any other symptoms , pl see your doc rightaway. Hope you do well

Any doctor, including your primary care doc will help to see for a quick exam. The changes seen may or may not be related to the blood draw you had. Keep upper extremity elevated as much as possible in the interim.
