I havehad chst discomfort for 2 months. i had ekg at primary care and it showed anteroseptal infarct old. however i am waiting to see a cardiologist and always have palpitations and chest pain/pressure. is it safe to wait for that appointment?

It’s hard to say without more information. But if chest pain is worsening before your cardiology appointment, then I would be seen at the hospital.
