Have trivial tricuspid, trace mitral, and trace pulmonic regurgitations. cardiologist told me its harmless/normal. but why 3? what couldve caused them all? still scared because i have: palpitations, and weird chest aching sometimes/chest pressure?

These findings would not be the etiology of the symptoms you are describing. There is nit enough blood leaking across these valves to be causing the symptoms you are describing. There is no way to know when these minor findings happened. You need to look for an alternate reason for the symptoms you are experiencing. Perhaps a Holter monitor would help diagnose the palpitations. Good luck!
