Your proposed report is many times computer generated and needs to be confirmed by a physician. So far findings are rather benign (sinus arrhythmia) or commonly seen and eventually not confirmed, such as an old inferior infarction. The cardiologist would add clarity to the plan and current findings and a repeat ecg will likely be performed as they are extremely sensitive to lead placement.
