Low risk surgery: Irregular heart rhythm does not increase the risk of surgery as long as you do not have heart failure. If you are on a blood thinner it will need to be suspended for 5 days. Gall bladder surgery done by laparoscopy is a low risk surgery and is generally safe even for people with more significant heart disease than you. Good luck with surgery!
