Gallbladder removed in june no stones, 17%function&enlarged.extensive tests by gi, diagnosis me with ibs &gastropsrisis. could surgery have caused this ?

No: Surgery to remove a gallbladder without stones, even with low function, is only helpful in some patients. Gallbladder surgery would not cause "ibs ; gastroparesis." it is more likely that your gallbladder was not causing all of your symptoms in the first place.
