For the thigh pain you will mostly benefit from having a follow up visit with your primary care doc who can further coordinate locally if tests or a specialist's opinion needed. The chest pain does not seem related at this point, follow up should clarify, you did the right thing by going to ER as life threatening conditions have to be ruled out first.

Your pain seems typical for a nerve pain rather than pain due to DVT. Watch for the rashes in that area in the next 24 hours. If rashes appear, shingles is likely the etiology of that pain and you need to go to urgent care for taking care the problem. I can't associate the leg and chest pain together. You can take ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 2-3 tablets with foods q 6-8 hrs as needed next 1-2 days.
