My pap smear result says bacterial vaginosis suggested, also abnormal bacterial flora, reactive cellular changes and limited by partially obscuring thick areas please explain?

The stuff was not smeared on the slide correctly. Cant read it all under microscope. Discuss maybe Repeat.

The smear may not have been good for PAP screen but it has information about the type of situation in your vagina is not healthy because of the type of bacteria that are there. I do not have enough information to advise you however you should be re evaluated and may be advised by a gynaecologist what to do. If they did HPV screen and it is negative the PAP may not be a big problem but the flora is
