No,: Sugar will not help your muscle to grow. The only reliable and healthy ways to do that is to go to the gym and have a trainer show you what to do, do not fall for those over the counter drinks or powder they can be detrimental to your health and also do not fall for hormonal testosterone/steroids supplementation. Do it natural way exercise!
