Unfortunately, you meet the criteria for the diagnosis of multiple myeloma with IgA lambda light chain. Take care and good luck with your treatment.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not diagnostic of smoldering myeloma. However, the data is insufficient as there is no information about bone scan, hemoglobin and creatinine. Wish you good health!
