You are not immunocompromised but you have IgA monoclonal gammopathy. If you are not sick and there is no other lab abnormality, you should not worry much at this time. Please keep appointment with the hemo-oncology team.

From what you described you likely have a benign condition call monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. There is not need for alarm, but you should follow-up with your doctor. You are unlikely to have immune compromise. Wish you good health!
