Hema repeated bloodwork after monoclonal iga lambda found. in one month, m-protein went from 8.5 g/l to 11.4. is this jump significant? other values remain out of range with iga high & igg, igm low. low gamma as well. cbc values ok and no bencejones?

What you described is not diagnostic of multiple myeloma, though you should follow your doctor's advice on repeat tests to monitor the progress of the monoclonal IgA and other parameters.
