What does a mildly enlarged left periaortic lymph nodes indicate? i had ct ivp/ urogram do to check urinary tract for cancer. all organs visible-liver,pancreas,bladder,spleen, adrennal glands are normal?

Maybe normal but need more details such as history of GI disease. CBC, What about the prostate stuff.

Mildly enlarged left periaortic lymph nodes in isolation are not meaningful. If you have not lost weight, do not have fever, and no other nodes are enlarged, you may watch and wait.
