What does a mildly enlarged left periaortic lymph nodes indicate? i had ct ivp/ urogram do to check urinary tract for cancer. all organs visible-liver,pancreas,bladder,spleen, adrennal glands are normal?

Maybe normal but need more details such as history of GI disease. CBC, What about the prostate stuff.

Mildly enlarged left periaortic lymph nodes in isolation are not meaningful. If you have not lost weight, do not have fever, and no other nodes are enlarged, you may watch and wait.

54 year old male non smoker, had a uti plus passed a kidney stone in the past 10 days. Urologist did a ct urogram to check for more stones, only thing found was "mild bladder wall thickening", have microscopic hematuria, what are the odds of cancer?
Had CT of pelvis and Abdomen- does that include bladder where the report says "urinary tract" ?
