Ct urogram showed "few lymph nodes are in the pancreatic head and anterior to the ivc measuring 1 cm in short axis by 2.7 cm precaval node and 0.8 x 1.2 cm node peripancreatic". is all this cancer ?. thank you?

Lymph nodes are normally present in the area examined. it is not feasible to diagnose or exclude cancer from this information. Talk to the doctor who ordered the study. Wish you good health!
