I went to the er for really bad nausea, constant low grade temp, and feeling unwell to be told i still have a uti. been on nitrofurantoin, cephalexin, and now ciprofloxacin. have terrible nausea/acid reflux. kidney infection or too many antibiotics?

Cannot tell from these symptoms alone. Your exam, lab tests, and maybe imaging (e.g. X-rays, CT scan, ultrasound) are necessary to even guess. Keep working with your doctors. Good luck.
