I tried sporanox (itraconazole) for tv fungus got a bad rash during last week and now i was given 1 week fluconazole should i wait before this second treatment ?

I would wait: Sporonox and Fluconazole are not the treatment of choice for tinea versicolor fungus reactions. Ketoconazole is much better as after taken by mouth, it gets to the skin the fastest. However, after an allergic reaction, you should try to use a topical treatment first. Selinium sulfide 2.5% shampoo or Nizoral (ketoconazole) 2% shampoo are much better and safer choices to treat your tv.
