Better after taste: Fluoride on the toothpaste is only in low amount (1000-1100 ppm) and thus only help in small amount of anticariogenic activity. It stay on the surface of enamel, exchanging Fluoride ion for the loss of hydroxyl ion in the case of enamel demineralization in low acidic environment. It has a good, minty after taste.
