How much is the difference? The right arm blood pressure (standard upper arm) or wrist blood pressure is often 5-10 mmHg higher than the left. If there is significant difference (more than 20 mmHg) and this is the first time you note it, see your doctor for an appropriate manual check and if the difference is confirmed, etiology should be investigated.
