Call/see your doctor: Your doctor has determined that you have POTS and knows what tests you have had. If you are now having new symptoms, he/she needs to know about it. If you cannot reach your doc and your symptoms are new, please go to an ER. POTS patients can get other diseases as well,and chest palpitations that are new need to be evaluated right away.
