Had hep b vaccine and mmr vaccine. left arm pain all the way down to hand. hand feels tight when i squeeze it. is this normal? how long will last?

Hard to say : From the description of the pain the injection may have come close to a nerve. I would expect the effect to resolve within 3 days as it likely relates to local swelling at the injection site, not the vaccines themselves. I wonder about the technique used as these are usually given in sites that avoid those structures.
