You must have a dentist to extract these teeth. You could subject yourself to an infection, bleeding and pain. You may not get the whole tooth out and you need an x-ray to see what you are dealing with. Do it yourself dentistry is ill advised.

It is always safer, with considerably less risk of complications, to have any medical/dental procedures done by a professional, rather than an untrained amateur. Your Dentist has a minimum of 10,000 hours more training, and years more experience. Trust to his/her expertise.
