Hi, i'm taking 3 different htn meds carvedilol 25 mg 1 po bid, cardizem cd 240 mg er q d & lorsartan hctz 100-25 mg q d. my bp is usually 120's/80-90's but this past month it's been in 90's/60's @ hs. should i be on all 3 meds?

Your BP reading of 90s-60s is too low. Anytime your upper BP is less than 100, it means your BP medicines require dose adjustment which will best done by your PCP. You should discuss stopping one of your medicines as 3 BP medicines are rarely necessary to control your BP. I personally would stop your Carvedilol and finetune the doses of Losartan and Cardizem.

Actually you are on 4 blood pressure meds as HCTZ/ losartan is a combo of a diuretic and an ARB. And yes, your blood pressure is on the low side, some of the above meds are used for other effects on the heart for example or the kidneys if having diabetes. Letting your prescriber know would be best as getting proper recommendations regarding deescalating your antihypertensives.
