No, I have never heard about this effect even I had treated many patients with Losartan or Losartan-Hct. One thing for sure PSA level varies a lot with repeated testing.

Blood pressure medication would not affect PSA levels. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
