A member asked:

Should i avoid warm eye compresses if i have a lot of floaters? i have dry eyes, and a warm compress (like the bruder mask on amazon) tends to help me. however, i was told that i should avoid eye scrubbing. is this the same thing? what should i do?

No, warm compress and eye scrubbing are different. The latter causes change in ocular pressure. You can continue warm compress as your wish.
