A complete eye exam would be helpful to assess the severity and types of dry eyes. There are several tests and lab that may help elucidate and guide therapies beyond artificial tears.

artificial tears 4-6 times a day. artificial tear ointment in your eyes at bedtime. Oral omega 3 fatty acids like fish oil, flax seed oil, borage seed oil. Warm compresses. Your eye doctor can put in punctal plugs. Humidifier in your room.
