Sitting for prolonged periods of time, especially while wearing restrictive pants (like jeans) or underwear, can cause pain in scrotum, testicles etc due to the increased continuous pressure. Try switching to boxer like underwear and looser pants. Set a timer so that you stand up and walk around every hour or so. You can also try using a stand up desk.

Sitting does not cause testicular pain unless your testicle is quashed in the posture. Suggest see a Urologist Have her/him teach you testicular self exam. Wear a good scrtal support underwear.
