See a doctor: Your testicles shouldn't be painful, so i recommend you see a doctor to find out what the cause may be. Based on your description i don't know what your problem may be. Is there any swelling or discoloration. Any pain when you urinate? Are you sexually active? These are all important to help narrow down possible causes.
