Kidney stones tend to move around. With their movement they cause pain called Renal colic, and sometimes blood in the urine. If they move down into the urinary bladder they can cause pain in the pelvic area. But it is easy to find the stones with an X-ray or CT scan. Seek medical attention to check this possibility... though the odds are very low.

Kidney stone are up in the kidney and not in the perineum. Use sitz baths three times a day, get urine tested drink plenty of water, avoid riding a bike and take some azo. if not better in a few days you'll have to see a urologist. good luck.
