Hemorrhoids and some irritation of the area. I think you should be examined for accurate diagnosis and treatment by a proctologist/ surgeon. Good luck. In the meantime avoid constipation and use OTC hem. ointment/cream

I would not ignore this. You should be seen by a colorectal surgeon for an office exam to make sure this is nothing more than internal hemorrhoids. Sometimes a growth in the rectum will give all of your symptoms. Usually growth is benign but could be more serious. Do not delay for many reasons.
