No: Most common causes would be bleeding from a fissure or hemorrhoid, but you should let a doctor figure it out. The majority of these things happen from constipation

Could be: As a physician I do not like to describe things as "normal" or not but use ideas like expected or understandable. We are born with hemorrhoidal tissues and bright red blood and even small clots can come from them. If there was no pain then it probably was not a tear or fissure. Keep an eye on this and if it continues you really need to see a provider and have a rectal exam if not short scope.
