My husband had rp in 10/16. he did not opt for salvage radiation. his psa 7 years out just came back at .8. it was .6 10/21. no mets found. is salvage radiation best? will he lose all sex drive if he has it? help. we have poor insurance?

This is not a rapid rise. There is a choice of radiation or observation- depending on the biopsy report (Gleason score) and the speed of PSA increase. Your Urologist will consider this and give choices and recommendation based on that. Good luck
