An absolutely horrible combination, which can result in respiratory depression, and death in sleep. These should NEVER be taken together, under any unsupervised situation. Furthermore, nation-wide in the USA, numerous deaths yearly from Fentanyl abuse.

Long term therapy with both fentanyl and seroquel is to be avoided as they both can depress the central nervous system. This is aside from specific side effects they each have. Talk to your prescriber and pharmacist about goals for treatment and how to recognize side effects.
