No: you should not take any addtional pain medications such as as opiods until you see our pain management doctor first, even though those medications have no tylenol (acetaminophen) the effects may be more severe if your Hep C is active

Follow Rx : There is no absolute yes or no. Neither of these opioid pain medications contain acetaminophen , which is good in your case. However, the physician who prescribes your pain medications knows you and will advise you. Always follow his/her directions. Never take meds not Rx for you.
