There are several diseases that can be "similar to MS", but the posted "disease" name is non-existent. Perhaps you might have referred to Devic's Neuromyelitis Optica? Please clarify, re-post, and ask pertinent questions, and we will respond.

There are many syndromes described under demyelinating/ multiple sclerosis spectrum, the one you mentioned might be misspelled, not known to me under above name.
